Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the Gravity app and explains how Gravity collects, uses, and protects your information across all supported platforms. By using the Gravity app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

  • We collect your name, email address, usage analytics, and OAuth tokens from social media platforms where you choose to connect.
  • OAuth access allows us to perform actions on your behalf, such as publishing content or retrieving account data, in accordance with each platform’s rules.
  • You may connect your accounts from X, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Data access is limited to what is needed to provide automation and analytics.
  • Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, firewall protections, and limited access controls.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
  • We use cookies and analytics tools to monitor performance and maintain secure sessions.
  • You may request permanent deletion of your data by contacting our legal team.

Facebook and Instagram

When you connect a Facebook profile, Gravity receives a list of the Facebook Pages you choose in Facebook's dialog, with an access token for each Page. Gravity uses these only to publish the posts you schedule or approve to those Pages, to read the comments on those posts so you can reply as the Page, and to read engagement numbers (reactions, comments, shares, views and reach) for posts Gravity published.

We store your Facebook user ID and name, the Pages you selected (ID, name, category and picture), their access tokens, and the posts and metrics described above. We never post as your personal profile, never read your personal feed or messages, and never use Meta data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Deleting your data

You can remove Gravity at any time in Facebook under Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and choosing Remove next to Gravity IR. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the access tokens and Page records for that account at once. Records of posts already published to your Page are kept as your compliance archive unless you ask us to delete them. You can also ask us to delete everything we hold about you by emailing jp@gravityinc.ai; we complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

Revoking access

You may revoke access at any time via your platform settings, or by contacting us directly at jp@gravityinc.ai.
