Terms of Service

Gravity provides automation tools for X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to support content distribution and brand growth. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms:

  • You must not violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform.
  • You are responsible for all content you upload or generate via Gravity.
  • No guarantees are made regarding reach, engagement, or platform results.
  • Monthly billing is recurring. No refunds once a billing cycle begins.
  • We may terminate accounts abusing our system or engaging in malicious automation.
  • All intellectual property of Gravity, including code and brand, remains ours.
  • We may modify these terms with reasonable notice through the app or email.

1. Use of platform

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm or disrupt Gravity.

Integrations with third-party platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, are used solely to authenticate users, generate or schedule content, and automate authorized interactions. All usage adheres to the official API terms and developer policies of each platform.

2. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Plans may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.

4. Intellectual property

All content and software on Gravity is our property or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
